You’ll explore the wild beauty of Nyerere National Park (Selous) with a thrilling walking safari and boat safari Discover the diverse wildlife of Mikumi National Park, home to elephants, lions, giraffes, and more You’ll hike through tropical rainforests to the stunning Sanje Waterfalls in the Udzungwa Mountains Perfect for nature lovers, photographers, and adventurers seeking a mix of game drives, foot safaris, and hiking.
We’ll pick you up from Dar es Salaam early morning. You’ll drive (~6 hours) to Nyerere National Park.
You’ll have an evening boat safari on the Rufiji River: Spot hippos, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife, You will enjoy a relaxing evening at your lodge/camp.
Overnight stay: Lodge/Camp in Nyerere National Park.
Meals: Lunch, Dinner.
You’ll enjoy a full game drive in Nyerere’s vast plains: Possible sightings include elephants, wild dogs, lions, giraffes, zebras, and buffalo. Optional evening bonfire and storytelling at camp.
Overnight stay: Lodge/Camp Nyerere National Park.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Upon arrival, our driver-guide will take you to Mikumi National Park for a late-morning game drive until lunch. After lunch, you will have time to relax before continuing with an afternoon to evening game drive. Your dinner and an overnight stay will be at Camp lilac Mikumi.
Morning game drive in Mikumi: You’ll search for large herds of elephants, antelopes, lions, and hippos. You’ll drive to Udzungwa Mountains National Park (~1.5 hours). Afternoon hike to the stunning Sanje Waterfalls (3-4 hour round trip): You’ll enjoy views, swimming pools, and lush rainforest filled with endemic monkeys and birds
Early morning after breakfast, your professional driver will pick you up straight to Maasai Boma, where you will have a chance to learn their lifestyle, culture, and traditions. Return to Dar es Salaam via Morogoro province. You’ll arrive in the afternoon with unforgettable memories, On your arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel, agreed point, or ferry station (depending on your destination ).
