We’ll embark on a Journey from Dar es Salaam that comprises the Uluguru Mountains, Maasai village and thrilling wildlife encounters in Mikumi NP. The mode of travelling will be by safari Jeep through Fascinating landscapes to Morogoro, where you’ll hike at the stunning Uluguru Mt and it Waterfalls with a local guide and enjoy authentic cultural interactions. You’ll spend the night in a lodge before continuing to Mikumi. Wherby you spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and more.
The day of the safari, you will be picked up from your hotel or ferry station by your guide and drive straight to Morogoro city, and then you will have two stop points on your way to Morogoro (approximately 6-7 hours ). Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by your mountain local guide who will guide you on climbing to the Uluguru Mountains for hikes and enjoying nature, local farming landscapes, and mountain breeze.
After the hike, you would be taken to your hotel, waiting for the next day’s actions.
Day will begin with heavy breakfast and an early morning drive to Mikumi National Park. you will start a full game drive in Mikumi National Park. Where you will spot elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, lions, and many more. Also, you will have lunch at Mikumi Cottage within Mikumi National Park. After a little rest, you will continue with a game drive till sunset at the Savannah and an overnight stay near the park (Camp Bastian or similar)..
Early morning after breakfast, your professional driver will pick you up straight to Maasai Boma, where you will have a chance to learn their lifestyle, culture, and traditions. Return to Dar es Salaam via Morogoro province. You’ll arrive in the afternoon with unforgettable memories,
On your arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel, agreed point, or ferry station (depending on your destination ).
